Gibson Explorer Series Mandolin (Solid Body)

This mandolin is obviously very different from any other mandolin used in the beginning years, and the present years. Gibson did a very good job and called it right when they made this mandolin with their unique body structure of the 1947 Explorer series guitars. Mandolin guitars sound ver much alike regular guitars, except at higher pitch string sounds, melody's, and harmonics. The thinnest string on a mandolin is of a gauge "0.03 !!!". The thinnest string gauge on a standard string set is "0.09". The mandolin, during the 70's, became a big part in romantic , and groovy songs. The mandolin has about 4 (four) styles in playability, and has gain it's respect by being used by some hardcore rock guitar players such as players from bands like Pink Floyd, Led Zeppellin, and other old school bands. the mandolin isn't that much in the music scene now, but the little high pitch and resonated harmonic pitch sounds you might hear an a Country, or rock and roll song, can very well probably be a Mandolin guitar.

Ibanez 290ACEC Series Acousti-Lectric

This acoustic guitar by Ibanez, is an acoustic - electric guitar which has a 1/4 inch output, to connect as an electric guitar, and project it's sound through a guitar amplifier. The guitar will sound very similiar to a standard acoustic guitar when not connected, but it will sound to it's fullest in string and strumming tone when connected. This acoustic - electric guitar has a built-in Equalizer. Equalizer 45MU-60x, to be exact. The equalizer allows the sound, when connected to a guitar amp, to adjust the tone, treble, bass, and mid frequency levels of the built in magnetic pick up installed in the cave hole of the acoustic - electric guitar. The sound can also be adjusted to a second extent when the guitar amp has an e.q. as well. Most of the Guitar tech's of today's music playing, usually install a more advanced equalization mechanism in their players or artist's acoustic - electric guitar. This EQ magnet mechanism is the Accu-Lizer E.Q. 39RS 50x. It functions the same way, but it sure as hell works and projects the sound, about 20 times better than a standard EQ acoustic - electric acoustic guitar.

Ibanez Artcore 4790ARTCRE Super-Stain Series

This guitar made by Ibanez, is the Artcore 4790ARTCRE Limited Blues Edition. This guitar is the standard and the symbol of jazz and blues playing. The opening designs on the side of the guitars body is a cut out of the guitars wooden mahogany which allows the guitars sound to have alot more noticeable bass and low end of the each string, giving it that "bottle" sound when played loudly. This guitar was created in the year of 1926, and they blew the jazz and blues genre, out the building with it's unique and beautiful sound. Ibanez has also used a certain mechanism of pick up's which are made out of ceramic, and go beautifully matched with the opening of the wood in the guitar. This guitar in particular is a Hollow body guitar, as where some guitars have only one opening, either in the right or left of the guitar, depending on the year, and model of that guitar brand and design. Guitars with only one opening are called "Semi - Hollow body" Guitars, giving it that blues, or jazz tone, but not as strong in rate and sensitivity as a Hollow body guitar. alot of musicians would choose a semi, and then maybe a full, depending on how noticeable they want that lower end, and sustain in their music. There are effect pedals, made by Ibanez, to enrich and increase the unique sound of a hollow body even more with their Ibanez Effect Hollow Exciter. This guitar has been in the business for many years, and many other guitar manufacturers, are following up to this creation, still in progress.
